The position of Center Supervisor (CS) is primarily responsible for the general day-to-day operations, management functions, and activities at assigned Early Childhood center(s).
They are responsible for:

Direct supervision of Classroom staff

Creative curriculum implementation

Assure that program design is developmentally appropriate

FAMILY ADVOCATE

A family advocate is responsible for:

Completing family needs assessments

Implementing parent involvement activities

Providing advocacy and support to parents toward attaining self-sufficiency
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.

TCAP provides on the job training and assistance in obtaining the Family Development Credential within 18 months of hire and other training for the position.

LEAD TEACHER
FULL TIME | TEN-MONTH
HOURLY EMPLOYEE
This position serves as the lead teacher in a classroom of children at varying levels of development and abilities.
A lead teacher is responsible for:

Implementing creative curriculum & conscious discipline.

Planning & supervising ALL classroom activities
Teachers work in conjunction with other components of the program as an integrated team to support the children and their families to meet the goals of the program.

ASSISTANT TEACHER

The Assistant Teacher works with the Lead Teacher in a classroom of children preparing all learners for kindergarten.
They will assist in:

Lesson planning and implementing all classroom activities.
Receive on the job training and assistance with obtaining the required Child Development Associates Certification (CDA) within two (2) years of hire and implementing best teaching practices.
